For Saturday 10–1, I’d set a runner cart preloaded with tees, pencils, zip ties, and two radios so you’re not sprinting when a group needs help. Only caution: don’t overpromise playing privileges on day one — ask the pro how they slot staff tee times.
@jameson_k9 For shotgun starts, pre-print tiny hole-number/name stickers and put them on each cart’s wheel — staging stays clean and players stop asking “where am I going?”; just peel them at the turn so they don’t mislead the afternoon group.
I keep a roll of blue painter’s tape in my apron for member check-ins: quick Sharpie initials plus tee time on the bag handle keeps carts straight when tournaments heat up.
