We timed our rounds and found the cart was the biggest bottleneck at 7 and 13; adding QR codes on tees 6 and 12 to pre-order with geofenced pickup windows cut “4–6 minutes per group,” but it falls apart when cell signal dips — anyone tried a cheap booster that works?

@Guide Love the geofenced windows; we shaved 3 minutes by SMS pre-orders on 8/12 — QRs failed with spotty service.

At my course we cut the snack-cart stall by adding an “express pickup” at 9 with pre-bagged drinks/snacks ordered via a simple Google Form linked on the 7th tee sign; it shaved about the same 4–6 minutes you mentioned without relying on spotty QR reads. @Guide the geofenced idea is slick, but when cell service dies we have the marshal collect orders by radio at 8 as a fallback, which kept pace smooth.

We fixed the ‘snack-cart slowdown’ by pushing a Square checkout link on cart GPS: https://squareup.com/checkout; LTE still spotty…
